"Client for Life"  Program

 

My Preferred Providers who have given me their trust by referring me to their clients continue to benefit from exposure to my "Client for Life" program.  With the cost of new client acquisition calculated at approximately 3 - 5 times the cost of keeping a current client relationship, it’s clear that maintaining your hard-earned client base is a matter of economic survival.  The "Client for Life" program accomplishes this through the following steps:

 

1.  Day of Loan Application

 

My client is mailed a handwritten thank you note from me with a gift certificate for Starbucks.  The client's information is entered into my computer database including who their original referring professional was and who they will be referred to in the future . . .YOU . . . along with your business card.

   

 

2.  During the Process

 

Client receives phone calls, emails or faxes (depending on their preference) each week regarding our progress as well as other value added item relating to their loan. 

   

3.  Day of Loan Approval

 

After the loan approval notification call from me or my assistant, our client is mailed a "congratulations card" to let them know that we appreciate their business and we look forward to a smooth closing.  Again, the referral partner's business card is enclosed.

 

                     

              

 

 

4.  At Closing 

 

 

As a token of my appreciation our client receives a certificate for a free introductory session with a Financial Planner and/or a CPA so that they can continue working on their financial goals.  In addition, the client receives a complete closing package from me including a copy of their appraisal and a wonderful memento of Steamboat Springs to instill in them why they own property in this wonderful valley.

 

5.  Every Week Afer Closing

 

Client receives a copy of our e-mail newsletter, detailing such topics as real estate, financial planning, insurance strategies, income tax reduction strategies, estate planning and wills & trusts (Click Here to see a sample of our e-mail newsletter).

 

7.  First Day of Every Other Month

 

Client receives an e-mailed rate watch report, detailing how much monthly savings they would receive if they refinanced at today’s current rates.  To see a copy of a rate watch report:

Conclusion: 

 

With my program our client will receive valuable and consistent information pertaining to financing and, more specifically, THEIR loan.  There is little chance the client will forget who provided them with their current real estate financing.  My Preferred Professionals benefit from this by maintaining a relationship with a non-competing professional (me), who will maintain the client relationship and who will continue to refer the client back to them for services available through them, thereby, helping my professional, you, grow your business and increase your income.
